As always, our pre-concert seminar starts at 6:00 p.m. in the Lecture Pod, and the concert starts promptly at 7:00 p.m.

We're celebrating a huge milestone in McDonald's history – the 50th anniversary of the first-ever McDonald's Drive-Thru! 🚗🍟

This event is extra special, as it also marks three generations of ownership by the Richards/Freemen family:
- 1989: Milo & Doris Richards opened the restaurant, starting a legacy.
- 1998: Their son, Pat Richards, and wife LeAnn took over.
- 2023: Their daughter, Tashina Freeman, continued the family tradition. 👏👨👩👧👦
🌟 McDonald's Drive-Thru Legacy:
- January 15, 1975: The first-ever Drive-Thru opened, changing the fast-food game forever!
- May 1999: The original Drive-Thru was rebuilt on the same site, still serving up those classic McDonald's favorites.
- Fun Fact: The original Drive-Thru window is preserved at the Henry Houser Museum in Sierra Vista. Plus, the iconic Ronald McDonald speaker statue, surrounded by historic photos, proudly sits in the dining room at the Fry Blvd McDonald's! 🏛️
