Brain Attack - What You Need to Know in November, with our Fall series ending with The Importance of Heart Health in December.

Join the National Alliance on Mental Health, Southeastern Arizona (NAMI SEAZ) for our 8th Annual Sky Island Tour cycling event! For seven years, NAMI SEAZ has proudly hosted this scenic one-day cycling tour. The Sky Islands, distinctive mountain ranges in the Southwest, are surrounded by a variety of lowland environments. As you cycle through these routes, you'll experience the rich diversity of the region's landscapes, with longer rides offering even more of these unique vistas.

The 4.5-mile course features nine staircases (over 1000 total steps) connected by winding roads.
