This award recognizes a leader who has inspired others, fostered collaboration, and contributed significantly to the growth and success of their company and their team members.

Excellence in Leadership Award Nomination Form

I understand the following criteria and qualifications are necessary to be selected for the Excellence in Leadership Award:

The Excellence in Leadership award recognizes those who, regardless of their role within an organization, demonstrate an aptitude for and commitment to professional growth while providing leadership within the community that is impactful, effective, motivational, and consistent.

Nominee must have At least 5 years of service in the community.
Nominee must demonstrate leadership and commitment to the success of their organization and community.
Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:

Involved in community projects, initiatives, and organizations.
Demonstrates a high level of initiative, responsibility, and resourcefulness within their community/organization.
Develops trust and credibility through open, respectful communication and provides a sense of purpose, vision, and mission for their peers and/or staff by investing time and effort in developing others.
Positively influences others to build consensus in group, departmental or organizational settings and Inspires others to work collaboratively and creatively.
Champions change effectively through formal or informal leadership.
