This award recognizes an organization that goes above and beyond in serving the community, addressing critical needs, and creating lasting change through its programs, initiatives, and advocacy.

I understand the following criteria and qualifications are necessary to be selected for the Community Impact Award:

The Community Impact Award is given to a nonprofit organization making a meaningful difference in our community through innovative, creative, and compassionate programs, services, and initiatives.

Nominee must be a 501c Nonprofit Organization operating within southern Arizona.
Nominee must be a member in good standing with the Sky Islands Regional Partnership.
Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:

Innovative products or services
Provides exemplary customer service.
Encourages and provides professional development of staff (Should they have staff).
Volunteers in Southern Arizona
