Rose, relocated from South Florida, brings over 10k hours of teaching experience and a passion for making yoga accessible to all. After owning and operating her own yoga studio for 9 ½ years, she's here to help you remove the stigma that yoga "isn't for me" or "my body can't/won't do that." It’s all about taking it one breath at a time. 🙏
