About Adobe Population Health
Adobe Population Health
Welcome to Adobe Population Health, a visionary healthcare solution founded by Jayme Ambrose. Initially conceived as a holistic healthcare model during Ambrose's doctoral studies, Adobe Care & Wellness emerged from concept to reality with a mission to create positive transformations in individuals' lives. The journey began in 2012 when The Beech Group embraced Ambrose's model, leading her to become the VP of Clinical Services. In 2016, the company secured its first insurance contract, paving the way for a holistic approach to case management for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial members.
In 2017, Ambrose seized the opportunity to acquire her division as The Beech Group looked to sell, giving rise to Adobe Care & Wellness. Starting with a modest team and office, the company has rapidly expanded to encompass four offices and over 150 professionals. With a commitment to innovation, Adobe Population Health employs an in-house tech team to develop software solutions that enable data-driven insights, allowing the company to proactively address member needs. Today, Adobe Care & Wellness proudly serves over 117,000 lives, embodying its mission to make a positive impact through comprehensive healthcare solutions and compassionate care.
